Restocking fee of $123,534.00 will apply. We will, of course, make reasonable exceptions for either store credit or refunds.

free shipping

We have free shipping on orders over $500, except for Blu Dot!
Please note that large, bulky items (like chairs and sofas) are delivered via freight. This means that the guy who drops it off will not be interested in carrying things up your stairs. In fact, he will drop it at the curb and run for the hills. However, we will schedule these delivery times with you, so you can round up able-bodied friends.

not-free shipping

We have not free shipping on orders under $500. We call it "Standard Shipping". You will see it in the shopping cart.
Orders < $100 = $8.00 shipping
Orders between $100 and $249 = $15 shipping
Orders between $250 and $499 = $25 shipping

lead times

All furniture and lighting will usually ship within 2 weeks, sometimes less. All accessories will usually ship within 72 hours.

email list for store sales and events

By default, we will add you to our email list for events and sales. If you do not wish to be included, please tell us and we will happily honor your request.

taxes

We are required to charge 8.25% tax for all orders within the state of Texas. Tax is not added for orders that are shipped to other states.

our international friends (inc. HI, AK)

We only ship within the lower 48 states of the USA. It's not anything personal, just a function of cost.

warranty information

All items sold are brand-spanking new. The original manufacturer warranty will apply. Just don't throw those perforated forms away like Ryan always does.
